淬鍊為工 初心為一；工一設計是由三位設計師好友共同創立，經過多年業界的陶冶，累積豐富的專業涵養，打造而成年輕且經驗豐富的團隊組合。因為年輕，所以充滿熱情；因為活力，所以大膽創新。用嚴謹的工學態度為基礎，創造生活美學的無限可能。 工一設計的作品，強調材質本身自然質感及精準的比例處理，透過與周遭環境的互動，經由流動的空氣與光線潤飾空間，以量身打造為每位使用者創造獨一無二的專屬風格。將工學與美學合而為一，是工一設計最簡單也最堅定的初心。

REFINING AS THE WORK, AND MISSION AS THE ONE; One Work Design was co-founded by three close friends/designers. After cultivation by the industry throughout the years, the rich professional connotation is obtained, and therefore a group with youth and experience combined came to existence. Due to youth, passion is revealed; due to vigor, boldness and innovation are shown. We create the infinite possibilities of living art on the foundation of engineering attitude with prudence.
